These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Woltap. By signing up for or using Woltap, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use Woltap to manage your retail business operations. You may not:
- Resell, lease, or sublicense access to Woltap.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use Woltap to process transactions for illegal goods or services.
- Submit malware, exploits, or otherwise attempt to harm the Service.
4. Subscription & billing
Free plan: permanently free.
Paid plans (Basic, Premium, Enterprise, Yearly): billed monthly, or once per year for the Yearly plan. We will email you a receipt for each payment. You can cancel anytime from the Settings page; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
5. Data ownership
You own all the data you create in Woltap (items, sales, customer records, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. We will never use your business data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose other than providing Woltap to you.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Woltap is offline-first by design — your local data and sales remain available even when our servers are unreachable. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
7. Third-party services
Woltap integrates with third-party services (printers, payment processors). We are not responsible for the behavior of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data (see Privacy Policy for details).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woltrap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Woltap. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Woltrap is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email and an in-app banner.
