Is Woltap free?

Yes — the Free plan is permanently free, no card required. Paid plans unlock cloud sync, multi-device, and advanced reports.

Can I use Woltap without internet?

Absolutely. Woltap is offline-first. Sales, inventory updates, and account transactions all work without a connection. Everything syncs the moment your internet returns.

Which printers does Woltap support?

Any thermal receipt printer that uses ESC/POS — Munbyn, Xprinter, Goojprt, Epson, and most generic 58mm thermal printers. Connect via Bluetooth, USB, LAN (TCP port 9100), or your computer's system print dialog.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Export. You can download all your items, sales, and customer records as JSON or CSV.

Can I switch from another POS?

Yes — email us at info@woltrap.com with a CSV of your existing items and customers, and we'll help import them.

What does "captive portal detected" mean?

Some Wi-Fi networks (hotels, cafés) intercept your connection until you log in via a browser page. Woltap detects this and warns you so you don't try to sell while sync is silently broken.
